 Implementation methods and steps

1. Prepare colored molding materials in advance

Colored molded flooring uses colored reinforcement materials, colored demolding powders, and floor protectants, which are integrated with concrete to form a single piece. 

2. Laying and finishing of concrete base layer

According to the construction drawings and design requirements, the concrete base layer should be laid first, and the thickness should not be less than 5 centimeters. Spread the mixed concrete evenly on the road surface, then use a large spatula to finish and remove any visible water from the surface. We need to ensure the smoothness of the concrete surface here. If we can't do it all at once, we can do multiple finishing operations and ensure that there are no large impurities on the surface. Otherwise, it will greatly affect the aesthetics of the molded floor product. 

3. Evenly spread reinforcement material

When there is no obvious water accumulation on the concrete surface and it has good flatness, color reinforcement material (used for strengthening the concrete surface, with a strength of more than 3 times that of ordinary concrete) should be evenly spread along the wind direction, with a dosage of generally 4kg/㎡. Three quarters of the specified dosage should be evenly spread on the concrete surface, and the remaining can be used twice in uneven areas during finishing. 

4. Level and finish again

After spreading the reinforcing material, wait for it to absorb water and moisten, then use a large spatula to level it over a large area, and use a small spatula to finely polish and smooth the edges and corners. If there are uneven or exposed reinforcing materials, use the remaining reinforcing material to repair and polish them. It should be noted that the finishing should be as smooth as possible, and at least 3 leveling operations should be carried out to facilitate the subsequent construction work.
