【1】 Introduction to Road Printing
Road printing is a new construction concept of colored concrete decorative surface material. The product produces extraordinary stone texture and color through the molding process. The product has the advantages of one-time molding, long service life, fast and convenient construction, easy repair, strong integrity, high compressive and flexural strength, no discoloration, no powdering, and strong wear and corrosion resistance. At the same time, it also solves the disadvantages of poor overall integrity, unevenness, easy looseness, and short service life of ordinary color track boards.
【2】 Precautions for Road Printing Construction
1. During winter construction, according to local temperature data for many years, when the average daily outdoor temperature is below 5 ℃ for five consecutive days, the winter construction regulations should be followed, and the water cement ratio should not exceed 0. 45.
2. The concrete surface layer has not yet reached a flexural strength of 1. 0MPA or compressive strength has not yet reached 5. At 0MPa, it shall not be subjected to freezing.
3. Cement used for winter construction should be 425 # or above Portland cement or ordinary cement, and the water cement ratio should not exceed 0. 45.
4. Concrete mixing sheds or other windproof equipment should be set up.
【3】 Construction method of road printing
1. Bottom layer treatment: It should be sorted and compacted to achieve the specified compaction density.
2. Pour concrete into the construction area of the same color and mold model, and use tools to smooth it out. Consider the drainage slope to avoid water accumulation.
3. Before the initial setting of concrete, use a trowel to level the concrete, and evenly spread the colored printing material on the concrete surface layer in two to three equal parts according to the specified amount using the spreading method. Each time, use a trowel to evenly level and smooth the surface.
4. Spread the release agent evenly on the concrete surface layer according to the prescribed dosage.
5. Arrange the prescribed molds neatly on the concrete surface layer and lay them out, then proceed with the stamping work.
6. Maintain the completed floor.
7. Clean the ground thoroughly and apply sealing and protective agent after the road surface is completely dry. Once the protective agent is dry, it can be put into use.
