Roman stone embossed floor imitation stone concrete construction:
The strength of the base concrete should be ≥C25, and its water-cement ratio should be as small as possible. The particle size of the large crushed stone aggregate in the concrete should be ≤30mm, and the foundation surface layer should be ≤30mm.
2. It must be supplemented with crushed stone concrete with a crushed stone aggregate size of ≤15mm and a thickness of not less than 20mm.
3. The slump of concrete should be controlled within 3~4cm, and the slump of commercial concrete should be controlled within 12~14cm.
4. Gravel and plain soil foundations must be compacted or tamped by a roller.
5. For concrete below 10cm, use a flat vibrator, and for concrete above 10cm, use an inserted vibrator.
6. Use a heavy steel roller to roll the floor repeatedly to make it level. When rolling the floor, remove all foreign matter on the steel roller. Take out the concrete slurry to ensure that there is no sand or gravel on the surface. In areas where steel rollers cannot be used, use a template to scrape the floor level.
