Materials used for cutting rock printed pavement:
1、 Strengthening material
Pressure molded floor reinforcement material is a colored powdery chemical material specifically used for coloring and strengthening the concrete surface during the initial setting stage. Avoiding the problems of discoloration, peeling, and wear on the surface of concrete, effectively improving the decorative and durability of the molded floor, and greatly saving periodic surface maintenance costs.
1. Coloring: It endows concrete floors with rich colors and offers a variety of reinforced pigment colors for customers to choose from. This greatly improves the decorative quality of the molded floor.
2. Strengthening: It permeates with concrete to form a whole. The super strong permeability makes the floor stronger than traditional concrete floors, effectively avoiding wear and tear and extending the service life of the floor.
2、 Demoulding powder
Mold floor demolding powder is a colored waterproof lightweight powder that ensures complete coverage of the concrete surface layer during mold texture pressing, preventing bonding between the mold and the finished product. At the same time, a second color is provided and combined with the basic color of the reinforcing material to create a natural and realistic effect.
1. Demoulding: It can be directly used for molding the surface of the floor strengthening agent in cutting rock printed road surfaces. A moisture-proof layer is formed between the material tools (such as strengthening agents, molds, etc.) and the concrete, so that the softening tools play a role in the demolding process. Generally speaking, only 15 kilograms can cover 100 square meters of molded flooring, and the molded flooring mold can be easily demolded repeatedly without damaging the colored concrete surface.
2. Secondary coloring: The combination of demoulding powder and reinforcing material can provide secondary coloring and maintenance for the molded floor. By reinforcing materials, different colors can be given to the molded floor, producing various composite effects.
After the concrete hardens and dries, rinse off the demoulding powder on the protruding parts with water, and retain more color in deeper areas. This way, after secondary coloring, the molded floor will produce a unique artistic visual effect, achieving a three-dimensional effect that combines nature and classicism.
