Characteristics of slate cement printing products

        1. Quick and easy construction, short road closure time, and no need for changes in road structure;

        Construction method of stone cement printing

        1. Check the concrete base layer: Construction begins when it fully meets the technical requirements.

        2. Concrete surface roughening treatment: Add C25 cement mortar with a thickness of 1cm on the newly poured concrete surface.

        3. Choose mold: Select color materials and pattern molds according to customer requirements.

        4. Spread hardening material: Spread 2/3 of the specified amount of hardening agent evenly on the surface of the concrete in the initial setting stage, with a general dosage of 4 kg/square meter. After the special hardening agent absorbs water and wets it, use a manual iron plate to level and press it smooth. Wait for the floor to set again for a certain stage, and then carry out a second 1/3 material spreading, leveling, and pressing operation

        5. Leveling and leveling: Check the quality of the polished surface, inspect for cracks, bubbles, slag inclusions, and color uniformity. According to the leveling operation of the concrete, the leveling operations are carried out in a staggered manner.

        6. Spread release powder: After a certain stage of solidification at the hardened material, and with no obvious moisture on the surface, evenly spread a layer of release powder that matches the hardened material.

        7. Using a mold to press the pattern: Use the selected national template to create the surface shape. When pressing, apply even and consistent force to keep the mold fixed and flat. The pressed pattern should be formed in one go without heavy pressure.

        8. Resting: Trim the edges and remove hair, and make partial adjustments.

        9. Dry and maintain (2-3 days on sunny days, to be determined on rainy days).

        10. Spray wash the surface layer.

        11. After checking that the water is completely dry, apply a protective layer/sealant by spraying
